No. TopSYS is a service company. We build the agents into the paperwork and data flows you already have, run them, and fix them when your software changes. Your people keep working the way they do — with less typing.
Yes. We connect in a fixed order: the API where it exists, standard files and exports where they exist, and the screen of the program only where nothing else does. Screen-level access is slower and more fragile — we tell you up front which steps depend on it.
No. The agents work on top of what you already run — ERP, accounting, spreadsheets, email, paper. Nothing is ripped out.
It does not guess. When a value does not match, or the agent is not sure, the case goes to a named person with the reason attached. Every action is logged. At the start, the agent only proposes; it writes into your systems only where you explicitly allow it.
It is processed inside the EU, encrypted with AES-256, and not retained after the task — and it is never used to train a model.
